Summer Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Summer Giveaway (“Giveaway”) hosted by The Sauce Premium Basics (“Sponsor”). By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. Eligibility
• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
• The Giveaway begins on July 9th, 2024, and ends on July 23rd, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter
• To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out the giveaway application form provided by the Sponsor.
• Participants must also subscribe to the Sponsor’s email list and follow the Sponsor on Instagram.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prizes
The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:
• The Sauce Premium Basics: five shirts, one hoodie, and one pair of joggers.
• JS Garage: Big Baron Surfboard and a $150 gift card for apparel.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
• One entry per person.
• Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify them, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
7. Additional Rules and Restrictions
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they find, in their sole discretion, that the participant has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or has acted in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
